Pastor Victor M. Reddish II is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Church 1232, a Christ-centered ministry committed to lifting up Jesus and seeing lives transformed through the power of the Gospel. For more than 17 years, he has faithfully served in pastoral ministry, leading with biblical integrity, compassion, and a heart for people.
Pastor Reddish is a graduate of Trinity College of Jacksonville, where he earned a Master's Degree in Biblical Studies. His education has equipped him to faithfully preach, teach, and lead according to the truth of God's Word while preparing and developing others for effective ministry.
Pastor Reddish was spiritually mentored under the leadership of the late Apostle R. J. Washington, whose example of faithful ministry helped shape his commitment to sound biblical teaching, authentic worship, and servant leadership. That foundation continues to influence his ministry today.
As the visionary leader of Church 1232, Pastor Reddish is passionate about creating a church where people from every walk of life can encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and become committed disciples. Rooted in John 12:32, he believes that when Christ is lifted up, lives are changed, hope is restored, and people are drawn to Him.
Pastor Reddish is the proud father of three beautiful children, who are among his greatest blessings. Whether preaching, teaching, mentoring leaders, or serving the community, his desire is to help people discover the hope, healing, and purpose found only in Jesus Christ.
